Eligbility for Returns
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and security seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Custom or Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized, engraved, or specially ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping
- We offer a convenient, pre-paid, insured return shipping label.
- A flat rate fee of £6.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and insurance.
Restocking Fee
- Standard Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% of the item's retail value will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, sanitizing, and restocking the jewellery.
- Fee Waiver: The restocking fee may be waived if the item is being returned due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Refund Calculation: Your refund will be the original purchase price minus any applicable Flat-Rate Return Shipping Fee (if used) and the Restocking Fee.
- Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Denial: If the item is returned damaged, altered, or outside the return window, the return may be denied. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them.
